I have been quite a few times with my special need child. The staff are very patience and understanding. I would rather visit here with my child than our own doctors. It can be very stressful with taking my daughter out and about but you made it stress free for both of us. Thank you

So as we was waiting in the poorly cramped surgery (with no windows open) everyone coughing their guts up and everyone on top of each other due to how small the room is, So after a 1 and a half hour wait i was finally seen by someone for your (observersions check) i went in there with my son and she was just talking to him like he had nothing wrong with him and not listening to me, just laughing and joking everything off, She said you can see someone but it will be another hour wait, (bearing in mind that it said on the bored that it was a 2 hour wait max,,, So anyways i went back to wait some more, after 3 and a half hours later i was finally seen, (by a triage nurse) (Kelly topliss) She was the most rudest horrible person i have ever met, we went in and i told her my son had been poorly for more than 10 days, She also was just laughing and joking with my son, she did her checks on him and said he was fine, so i asked her why as he had this cough for more than 10 days and why is he bringing up green stuff?? She said well at least it's coming out, i said i would like a 2nd opinion, at that point i thought she was going to say no , but she finally agreed..even tho it is our right as the british public to have a 2nd opinion, But first she said she wanted to talk to the doctor first (so she could give her versions of events first to make me look the bad person) so she came back and said there will be an other hours wait, so by this time it was 1pm,, we went to sit back down, and at eventually at 4.30pm , bearing in mind we got there at 10am , we went to see the doctor for him to say my sons ears and throat are extremely red (but it will go in the end) even tho he had it for 10 days now, i told him that i wasn't happy and i will take him to A & E , i left and what a true waste of time it was, i should of just went to A & E in the first place , That is why A & E is so over crowded because these Walk-in centers are useless, this one in perticaller should be shut down , Absolutely awful service disrespectful rude staff and careless doctors .The should hang their heads in shame.

4 hour wait! Was told to take a number on entering (completely unsure why they needed to receptionists for this) then waited for 10 mins before asking whether I'd missed my number. They hadn't bothered to call it! After some details and me explaining my complaint i was offered an initial check up (BP, pulse, temperature). I was then sent back into the waiting room with no further explanation of what happens next or whether I was suppose to wait. Only after an hour did I ask if I needed to remain or whether I could go. The receptionist had no idea and I pointed out the 'nurse' (I don't know who this was as no explain was given) who might help. She said she would find out. In the remaining 1 hour I bothered to wait, she never got back to me. At this point, I decided I would have suffer until tomorrow to get a GP appointment. A little more communication from frontline staff would go along way to improving this service. Whilst I completely disagree with abusing NHS staff, if this is the service regularly dealt out then the frequent 'zero tolerance' notices make a lot of sense!

Well what can i say about this place, It is Absolutely Disgusting, I came on the sunday morning to see someone about my son being poorly, As i got to the front desk i got seen by a rude lady who was to busy having a cup of tea and biscuits and eating sweets, I asked her if i could see a doctor as my son had been ill for more than 10 days, She said to me, (what do you want me to do about it). I said are you the lady who takes the appointments? She said no ,(that's her over there) and also (but you need a ticket first) like i was in some kind of meat factory waiting to be seen by a butcher, she said then ,(Go and sit down), like i was some naughty school boy, so i went and sat down, There was a sign up saying (there will be a wait of up to 2 hours)

Small care centre for diagnosis of medical problems. Long waiting time however. You are seen in Priority Order but the waiting time is still about two hours. Today it is full of ill children running about. Question is are they really ill, looking at these kids they are not. Waiting room is large but very stuffy with no windows open. Carpark is small and tight, but free

I was seen before I could sit down and dealt with exactly as one would expect. And I,m getting better now.
