I rarely have cause to visit a GP but I have recently needed too and found that the on line appointment system is extremely efficient and hassle free and when I went in to the surgery it was a simple check in service, spacious waiting room, and it was very quiet I assume as most people are booking on line now. Theres lots of informative information on the TV there and on posters on the wall and overall the experience was as easy as it could be
