All of the excitement and 'joy' of buying a new car, has gone. It is now simply a matter of needs. So we must now spend ANOTHER day going to other car sales rooms, to find a car we can both see and drive.

It says best part x prices given but I took my top spec Audi A3 down with a view to getting a Mercedes which I was ready to buy on the day. I test drove the Mercedes and loved it and we sat down to sort paperwork. They told me the part x price and it was £1300 less than a price I'd had at Hilton Garage down the road. If AC had been a little more realistic then I would have bought the Mercedes there and then. It's safe to say out of principle I refused to go any further with the deal and left. Unfortunately the car at Hilton Garage had been sold but it wasn't the exact spec I was after anyway so I will carry on my search for a Mercedes but I certainly won't be returning to Available Car.

Thanks for a great service. I have now use this place twice and both times they where Great, there is no pushie salesperson and you can just take your time and look round all the cars to find the ones you like then get one of them to tell you more about the car when your ready. I wish other car places would take note and adopt this style of service as not being a car person it's nice to not feel the pressure of the salesperson who always has the line "oh this is a great car but you best be quick as I've got someone else who is interested in it". So far, so good. Good communication from the centre prior to my visit. I had dealings with 4 people during my visit and each person was polite and helpful.

Having had a good result when I bought my first car from Donnington years ago, am VERY disappointed today. My husband has driven 300 miles and taken days off work to test drive a car that I reserved during the week. The test drive was booked. But we arrive to find that we can neither drive, nor even SEE the car we where due to test drive, because it has gone into the Prep area form where, apparently, it can not be removed, and we , apparently, can not go to see it. So a 600 miles round trip and nearly a whole day wasted on a motorway getting there and we leave the centre having neither seen, nor driven the car we wanted to buy. How disappointing. Really really sad and disappointed.

Each person I dealt with was extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient. There was no pushy sales techniques, which meant I didn’t feel under any obligation to buy anything extra.
