Excellent service, definitely recommend appealing when charged at the Magistrates Court. They just can't be arsed you will get your punishment cut in half at least.

Absolutely shocking, No one knows what their doing, A minefield of options and just get passed around, you then call another number that's provided and its always engaged. Needs a massive shake up awful awful service !

Most departments seem decent but one option seems to think its funny to keep hanging up leaving other deaprtments having to do their job. They must know people will phone back and use a different option. The court itself is pretty good if you're looking to get away with something. They can't really be arsed with things that seem petty. Or maybe the solicitors are just a lot better than the magistrates court. Whatever it is i definitely recommend appealing to he crown court when charged at the magistrates. Security is better than the magistrates too, they leave you alone apart from when they try to help, total opposite to the magistrates.
